Waikato Clay Target Club celebrated its 50th Jubilee on Saturday 24 October, with a fantastic turnout of around 120 shooters enjoying a great day of DTL and Sporting competition.
The event attracted 12 squads of DTL shooters and 11 squads of Sporting shooters, making for a busy and enjoyable day across both disciplines.
It was great to see so many familiar faces, past and present members, and visitors come together to celebrate this special milestone in the club’s history.
The day was about more than just shooting. It was an opportunity to catch up with old friends, share stories and recognise the people who have contributed to the club over the past 50 years.
A big thank you to everyone who attended, along with the sponsors, organisers and volunteers who helped make the occasion a success.
